School Lunches:
So I raised 4 kids and worked full time.  Here are a few things I did that made my life much easier.
Sandwiches:
Make a loaf of FRESH bread into sandwiches using fillings that will freeze, ham, cheeses, balonga, cold roast beef, cold roast pork...you get the idea...I didn't use Mayo, lettuce, or tomatoe...put in sandwich bags, and then in a freezer bag.  Day you need a sandwich, take out of the freezer, add mayo, lettuce and tomatoe if you wish and put in your lunch bag.  By lunch time the sandwich will be thawed and the bread will be fresh!!!!

Freeze drinking boxes...the day you need a drink in your lunch, take out of the freezer and put in your lunch...by lunch time the drinking box will be more like a slurpee (sorry 7-11) and it will keep the rest of your lunch cool...

I also made veggie sticks and put them in small plastic bags and bought the individual salad dressings... the kids could pick out a bag of veggies and their dipping sauce and put it in their lunch bags...

I would also have a "treat" bag...they were allowed to pick out one of them as well.

It would take some time to put these together but it really made life in the mornings way easier than trying to make the sandwiches, do up veggies, cut the squares....I think you can see where this is going....
